赋能心理模式干预结合催眠疗法对改善勃起功能障碍患者负性心理的应用效果

Application effect of empowering mental model intervention combined with hypnotherapy on improving negative psychology in patients with erectile dysfunction

目的分析赋能心理模式干预结合催眠疗法对改善勃起功能障碍(ED)患者负性心理的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月合肥市第一人民医院泌尿外科收治80例ED患者为研究对象,按照数字抽签分组法将患者划分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用常规干预+赋能心理模式干预结合催眠护理,比较不同干预模式下患者负性心理状态、临床综合护理价值。结果护理前,两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3周后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者性生活满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3周后,观察组性生活满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3周后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能心理模式干预结合催眠疗法可以帮助ED患者降低焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高对医护人员的依从性,提升对疾病及所带来的生活方式的正确认知及康复的信心,获得幸福生活,方法值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application value of empowering mental model intervention combined with hypnother-apy on improving the negative psychology in patients with erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods A total of 80 patients with ED admitted to the Department of Urology,Hefei First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to the num-ber drawing method.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received routine interven-tion+empowering mental model intervention combined with hypnotherapy.The negative mental state and clinical compre-hensive nursing value of patients under different intervention modes were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of nursing,HAMD and HAMA in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant difference in satisfaction scores of sexual well-being between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of nursing,the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Empowering mental model intervention combined with hypnotherapy can help ED patients reduce anxiety and depression,improve their compliance with medical staff,enhance the correct cognition and rehabilitation confidence of the disease and the lifestyle brought by the disease,and obtain a happy life.
