关节镜下成形缝合术治疗完全型盘状半月板损伤的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Arthroscopic Plastic Suture in Treatment of Complete Discoid Meniscus Injury

目的:分析关节镜下成形缝合术治疗完全型盘状半月板损伤的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年12月北京丰台医院收治的完全型盘状半月板损伤患者96例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组实施关节镜下盘状半月板全切除术,观察组实施关节镜下盘状半月板成形缝合术。比较两组膝关节功能、并发症发生情况。结果:术前,两组下蹲、爬楼梯、肿胀、疼痛、不稳定、交锁、支撑、跛行评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组下蹲、爬楼梯、肿胀、疼痛、不稳定、交锁、支撑、跛行评分及总分高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:关节镜下成形缝合术治疗完全型盘状半月板损伤的效果较好,可改善患者膝关节功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic plastic suture in the treatment of complete discoid meniscus injury.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2022,96 patients with complete discoid meniscus injury who were admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group underwent arthroscopic total meniscectomy of discoid meniscus,and the observation group underwent arthroscopic plastic suture of discoid meniscus.The knee joint function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the scores of squatting,stair climbing,swelling,pain,instability,interlocking,support,claudication and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After surgery,the scores of squatting,stair climbing,swelling,pain,instability,interlocking,support,claudication and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Arthroscopic plastic suture has a good effect in the treatment of complete discoid meniscus injury,and can improve the knee joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
