预见性创伤护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Predictive Trauma Nursing in Emergency Patients with Traumatic Fracture

目的:分析预见性创伤护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月聊城鲁西骨科医院急诊科收治的创伤性骨折患者94例作为研究对象,依据抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:预见性创伤护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者心理状态,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of predictive trauma nursing in emergency patients with traumatic fractures.Methods:A total of 94 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to the Emergency Department of Luxi Orthopedic Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the lottery method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the study group implemented predictive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:Predictive trauma nursing has good application effect in emergency patients with traumatic fracture,and can ameliorate psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
