健康教育在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Health Education in Nursing of Children with Pneumonia

目的:分析健康教育在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年4月成武县人民医院儿科收治的70例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施健康教育护理。比较两组家长健康知识知晓度、护理满意度、护理有效率、复发率、住院时间。结果:护理前,两组家长运动知识、饮食知识、用药知识知晓度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组家长运动知识、饮食知识、用药知识知晓度评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。研究组护理有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。研究组复发率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果显著,可提高家长健康知识掌握水平、护理满意度、护理有效率,降低复发率,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education in nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 70 children with pneumonia admitted to Pediatrics Department of Chengwu County People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine routine nursing and the study group received health education nursing.The parents'awareness of health knowledge,satisfaction of nursing,effective rate of nursing,recurrence rate and length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of parents'awareness of exercise knowledge,diet knowledge and medication knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of parents'awareness of exercise knowledge,diet knowledge and medication knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).The effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in the nursing of children with pneumonia has a significant effect,and can increase parents'awareness of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction and effective rate of nursing,reduce recurrence rate,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
