人性化护理联合家庭护理在儿科护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Humanized Nursing Combined with Family Nursing in Pediatric Nursing

目的:分析人性化护理联合家庭护理在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年2月孝感市妇幼保健院儿科收治的患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理联合家庭护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:人性化护理联合家庭护理在儿科护理中的应用效果显著,可提高家属护理满意度,改善患儿心理状态,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing combined with family nursing in pediatric nursing.Methods:A total of 100 children admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiaogan from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented humanized nursing combined with family nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The humanized nursing combined with family nursing has significant application effects in pediatric nursing,and can improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,ameliorate the mental status of children,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
