新生儿早期基本保健技术在剖宫产产出新生儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Neonatal Early Primary Health Care Technology in Neonates Delivered by Cesarean Section

目的:分析新生儿早期基本保健技术在剖宫产产出新生儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月于太仓市第一人民医院经剖宫产产出的新生儿79例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施新生儿新生儿早期基本保健技术。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组正确吮吸所需时间、吮吸类型评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组主动吮吸、哺乳意愿评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。出生后1、2、3 d,观察组睡眠状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。出生后1、5 min,观察组Apgar评分高于对照组,两组出生后5 min Apgar评分高于出生后1 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:新生儿早期基本保健技术在剖宫产产出新生儿中的应用效果较好,可改善新生儿哺乳行为及睡眠质量,提高新生儿Apgar评分,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of neonatal early primary health care technology in neonates delivered by cesarean section.Methods:A total of 79 neonates delivered by cesarean section in the First People's Hospital of Taicang from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented neonatal early primary health care technology.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the correct sucking time and sucking type scores between the two groups(P>0.05);while the scores of active sucking and breastfeeding intention and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).On 1 d,2 d and 3 d after birth,the sleep status score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 1 min and 5 min after birth,the Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Apgar score at 5 min after birth was higher than that at 1 min after birth in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Neonatal early primary health care technology has good application effects in neonates delivered by cesarean section,and can improve neonatal breastfeeding behavior and sleep quality,increase neonatal Apgar score,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
