情绪劳动对急危重症护士工作投入的影响研究——基于心理脱离的中介作用

Effect of Emotional Labor on Job Involvement of Critical Care Medicine Department Nurses——Based on Mediating Role of Psychological Detachment

目的:基于心理脱离的中介作用分析情绪劳动对急危重症护士工作投入的影响。方法:选取2022年4—8月德阳市人民医院危急重症医学科护士100名作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式评估护士情绪劳动、工作投入、心理脱离等情况,分析情绪劳动与工作投入的相关性及心理脱离在其中的中介作用。结果:100名危急重症科室护士心理脱离、工作投入、情绪劳动均处于中等水平。Pearson相关分析结果显示,专注与表层扮演、深层扮演、情绪表达要求,奉献与深层扮演、情绪表达要求存在相关性(P<0.05)。Bootstrap法分析显示,心理脱离在危急重症科室护士情绪劳动和工作投入间的总体中介效应成立。结论:危急重症科室护士心理脱离、工作投入、情绪劳动处于中等水平,情绪劳动与工作投入存在相关性,心理脱离在其中具有中介作用。

Objective:Based on mediating role of psychological detachment to analyze the effect of emotional labor on job involvement of critical care medicine department nurses.Methods:A total of 100 nurses of Critical Care Medicine Department of Deyang People's Hospital from April 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Through the questionnaire survey,the emotional labor,job involvement and psychological detachment of nurses were assessed.The correlation between emotional labor and job involvement and the mediating role of psychological detachment were analyzed.Results:The psychological detachment,job involvement,and emotional labor of 100 nurses of critical care medicine department were all at a medium level.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that,there was a correlation between concentration and surface acting,deep acting and emotional expression requirements,between dedication and deep acting and emotional expression requirements(P<0.05).Bootstrap analysis showed that,the overall mediating effect of psychological detachment between emotional labor and job involvement of critical care medicine department nurses was established.Conclusion:The psychological detachment,job involvement,and emotional labor of critical care medicine department nurses are at a medium level,and there is a correlation between emotional labor and job involvement,and psychological detachment has a mediating role between them.
