盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Sertraline Hydrochloride Combined with Agomelatine in Treatment of Patients with Depression and Insomnia

目的:分析盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年1月武汉市武东医院收治的抑郁症伴失眠患者80例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用盐酸舍曲林治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用阿戈美拉汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、入睡时长、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物使用、日间功能障碍评分及总分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的效果较好,可改善患者负性情绪及睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine in treatment of depression with insomnia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to Wuhan Wudong Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with agomelatine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the subjective sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,sleep drug use,daytime dysfunction score and total score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine is effective in treatment of depression and insomnia,and can improve patients'negative mood and sleep quality.
