个性化3D打印手术导板在高血压脑出血穿刺引流术中的应用价值

Application Value of Personalized 3D Printing Surgical Guide Plate in Puncture and Drainage Surgery for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:对于个性化3D打印手术导板在高血压脑出血穿刺引流术中的应用价值进行了研究。方法:随机抽取湘乡市人民医院80例高血压脑出血穿刺引流术治疗患者进行研究,时间为2020年1月—2023年1月,实施CT影像定位穿刺引流治疗的40例为对照组,实施个性化3D打印手术导板辅助穿刺引流治疗的40例为观察组,分析两组治疗情况。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,结果有统计学价值(P=0.023)。观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,结果有统计学价值(P=0.012)。结论:个性化3D打印手术导板在高血压脑出血穿刺引流术中的应用具有显著价值,能够优化临床治疗效果,减少术后并发症发生。

Objective:To study the application value of personalized 3D printing surgical guide plate in the puncture and drainage surgery of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who underwent the puncture and drainage surgery in the People’s Hospital of Xiangxiang from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected for the study.The 40 patients who were treated with CT imaging positioning puncture and drainage were included as control group,and the 40 patients who were treated with personalized 3D printing surgical guide plate-assisted puncture and drainage were included as observation group.The treatment conditions of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the result was statistically significant(P=0.023).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the result was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of personalized 3D printing surgical guide plate in the puncture and drainage surgery of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant value,which can optimize the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
