实时超声引导下经皮胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术治疗气胸的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Real-time Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Pleural Puncture and Catheterization Closed Drainage Surgery in Treatment of Pneumothorax

目的:分析实时超声引导下经皮胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术治疗气胸的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月湘西土家族苗族自治州民族中医院收治的80例单侧气胸患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式分为试验组与对照组,各40例。对照组行胸腔闭式引流术,观察组行实时超声引导下经皮胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术。比较两组治疗前后疼痛情况、置管准确率、不良反应发生率及平均肺复张时间。结果:置管后,两组疼痛评分低于置管时,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组置管准确率高于对照组,平均肺复张时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论:超声引导下经皮胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术治疗气胸效果较好,其置管准确率高,患者肺复张时间早,疼痛症状轻,不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of real-time ultrasound-guided percutaneous pleural puncture and catheterization closed drainage surgery in treatment of pneumothorax.Methods:A total of 80 patients with unilateral pneumothorax who were treated at the Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent thoracic closed drainage surgery,and the observation group underwent real-time ultrasound-guided percutaneous pleural puncture and catheterization closed drainage surgery.The pain before and after treatment,catheterization accuracy,incidence of adverse reactions and average recruitment time were compared between the two groups.Results:After catheterization,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before catheterization,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The accuracy of catheterization in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the average recruitment time in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous pleural puncture and catheterization closed drainage surgery has a good effect in the treatment of pneumothorax,with high accuracy of catheterization,early lung recruitment time,mild pain symptoms and low incidence of adverse reactions.
