时间治疗学管理在原发性高血压患者治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Chronotherapeutics Management in Treatment of Essential Hypertension Patients

目的:分析时间治疗学管理在原发性高血压患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年5月北京市门头沟区医院及北京市海淀区万寿路社区卫生服务中心收治的原发性高血压患者130例作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分成对照组与研究组,各65例。对照组常规用药,研究组采用时间治疗学用药管理。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组白天平均舒张压、白天平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24 h平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血压类型分布优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.692)。结论:时间治疗学管理在原发性高血压患者治疗中的应用效果显著,可调节血压昼夜节律,稳定血压水平,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of chronotherapeutics management in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 130 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Beijing Mentougou District Hospital and Beijing Haidian District Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to lot method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional medication management and the study group adopted chronotherapeutics medication management.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the diurnal mean diastolic blood pressure,the diurnal mean systolic blood pressure,the 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure,the 24 h mean systolic blood pressure,the nocturnal mean systolic blood pressure,and the nocturnal mean diastolic blood pressure in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these pressures in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure type distribution in the study group was better than that before treatment and that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.692).Conclusion:Chronotherapeutics management has significant application effects in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension,and can effectively regulate the circadian rhythm of blood pressure,stabilize the blood pressure levels,and will not increase adverse reactions.
