无痛导尿对剖宫产产妇疼痛及负性情绪的影响

The influence of painless catheterization on pain and negative emotion of parturient in cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产产妇采取无痛导尿对其负性情绪及疼痛的影响。方法选取86名剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法将产妇分为两组,每组43名。观察组采取无痛导尿,对照组采取常规导尿。比较两组术后1h、6h、12h、24h疼痛评分、负性情绪、排尿情况、康复情况及腹胀率。结果观察组产妇术后1h、6h、12h、24h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇自然排尿率高于对照组,诱导排尿率、尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀率2.33%低于对照组的16.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛导尿可减轻剖宫产产妇疼痛程度,缓解负性情绪,并能够提高产妇术后康复速度,减轻产妇不适感。

Objective To investigate the effect of painless catheterization on negative emotions and pain of parturients in cesarean section.Methods 86 parturients with cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups with 43 parturients in each group according to random number table.The observation group underwent painless catheterization and the control group underwent conventional catheterization.Pain score,negative emotion,urination,recovery and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups 1 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 1 hour,6 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The natural urination rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the induced urination rate and the incidence of urinary retention were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time,first exhaust time,and first bowel movement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The abdominal distension rate of the observation group was 2.33%lower than that of the control group,which was 16.28%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The painless catheterization can reduce the pain degree of the parturients in cesarean section,relieve the negative emotions,improve the recovery speed after the operation,and reduce the discomfort of parturients.
