剖宫产术后护理模式相关研究进展

Research progress on nursing model after cesarean section

相关报道,目前我国孕妇的剖宫产率已高达50%,且受多种因素影响,剖宫产率一直呈上升趋势。母乳是婴儿最天然的食物,能够为婴儿提供非常全面的营养支持。如何提高母乳喂养率、确保婴幼儿健康成长是社会关注的重点。本文主要综述了剖宫产术后相关护理模式对剖宫产术后母乳喂养的现状、对泌乳启动、泌乳量、6个月纯母乳喂养率的影响,为提高剖宫产术后母乳喂养提供参考。

At present,the cesarean section rate of pregnant women in China has reached 50%,and affected by a variety of factors,the cesarean section rate has been on the rise.Breast milk is the most natural food for infants and can provide a very comprehensive nutritional support for infants.How to improve the breastfeeding rate and ensure the healthy growth of infants and young children is the focus of social attention.This article mainly reviewed the current situation of post-cesarean section related nursing mode on post-cesarean section breastfeeding,lactation initiation,lactation volume,6 months of exclusive breastfeeding rate,to provide reference for improving post-cesarean section breastfeeding.
