个性化综合护理对胎膜早破产妇并发症、新生儿结局及满意度的影响

Effects of personalized comprehensive nursing on maternal complications,neonatal outcomes and satisfaction with premature rupture of membranes

目的探讨个性化综合护理对胎膜早破产妇并发症、新生儿结局及满意度的影响。方法选取60例胎膜早破产妇,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用个性化综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理满意度93.33%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用个性化综合护理对胎膜早破产妇进行护理,有利于降低产妇并发症风险及改善新生儿结局,提高护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of personalized comprehensive nursing on maternal complications,neonatal outcomes and satisfaction of premature rupture of membranes.Methods 60 women with premature rupture of membranes were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized comprehensive nursing care for pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes is conducive to reducing the risk of maternal complications,improving neonatal outcomes,and increasing nursing satisfaction,which has clinical popularization value.
