丈夫共同参与孕妇学校实践课的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of husband's joint participation in practical classes for pregnant women in schools

目的探讨丈夫共同参与孕妇学校实践课对产妇分娩方式、产程时间、母乳喂养及新生儿护理能力的影响。方法选取本院200名产检孕满28周及住院分娩自愿参加孕妇学校实践课的初产妇,根据有无丈夫共同参与将孕妇分为研究组(有丈夫参与)和对照组(无丈夫参与),每组100名。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、产程时间、产后42d母乳喂养成功率及新生儿护理能力。结果研究组自然分娩率90.0%显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇的第一、第二产程时间短于对照组,产后42d母乳喂养成功率、新生儿护理能力掌握率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丈夫共同参与孕妇学校实践课可提高自然分娩率,缩短产程,提高母乳喂养成功率和新生儿护理能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To exploring the impact of husband's participation in practical classes at pregnant women's schools on the delivery methods,delivery process time,breastfeeding,and neonatal care abilities of parturients.Methods 200 primiparous women who have completed 28 weeks of prenatal check ups and voluntarily participated in practical classes for pregnant women during hospital delivery.According to the presence or absence of a husband,the pregnant women will be divided into a research group(with husband participation)and a control group(without husband participation),with 100 women in each group.Compare the delivery methods,delivery process time,success rate of breastfeeding at 42 days postpartum,and neonatal care ability between two groups of pregnant women.Results The natural delivery rate of the study group was significantly higher at 90.0%than that of the control group at 75.0%(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor of pregnant women in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rate of breastfeeding and mastery of neonatal care ability at 42 days postpartum were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The husband's participation in practical classes at pregnant women's schools can increase the natural childbirth rate,shorten the delivery process,improve the success rate of breastfeeding,and enhance the ability of newborn care,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
