摘要
为探索‘贵妃’芒不同发育时期的初生代谢产物成分及其在正常果和败育果中的差异性,采用非靶向代谢组学方法对‘贵妃’芒花后第14、16、18、20周的正常果和败育果的代谢组进行分析比较。结果共鉴定出452个代谢物,主要属于酚酸类化合物、氨基酸及其衍生物、有机酸、游离脂肪酸、糖及醇类化合物、核苷酸及其衍生物等6类化合物,其中氨基酸和酚酸类化合物在正常果和败育果中的含量差异较大。在4个发育时期分别筛选出93、74、87和111个差异代谢物,其中花后第20周时筛选出的差异代谢物数量明显多于其他3个时期,且富集显著通路也和前3个时期的差异较大,说明‘贵妃’芒进入成熟后期以后,其代谢物的合成、分解和转换比果实成熟前期更为旺盛。4个时期共筛选出9个共有差异代谢物,其中8个都属于酚酸类化合物,这可能与败育果和正常果口感差异有关。
In order to explore the primary metabolites of'Guifei'mango at different developmental stages and their differ-ences in normal and embryo-aborted fruits,the non-targeted metabolomics method was used to analyze and compare the metabolomics of normal and embryo-aborted fruits of'Guifei'mango at 14th,16th,18th,and 20th week after flowering.A total of 452 metabolites were identified,mainly belonging to phenolic acids,amino acids and their derivatives,organic ac-ids,free fatty acids,sugars and alcohols,nucleotides and their derivatives.The contents of amino acids and phenolic acids in normal and embryo-aborted mangoes were quite different.A total of 93,74,87 and 111 differential metabolites were screened out in the four development stages,respectively.Among them,the differential metabolites screened at 20th week after flowering were significantly more than those in the other three stages,and the significant enrichment pathways were also significantly different from the previous three stages.This indicating that the synthesis,decomposition and transforma-tion of metabolites in'Guifei'mango the late mature stage were more vigorous than those in the early mature stage.A total of 9 common differential metabolites were screened out in the four periods,of which 8 were phenolic acids.It may be relat-ed to the difference in taste between embryo-aborted and normal mangoes.
