兴边富民视角下边境县域旅游竞争力评价研究——以云南省边境少数民族自治县为例

On the Tourism Competitiveness Evaluation of the Border Counties from the Perspective of Revitalization of Yunnan Ethnic Minority Autonomous County

大力发展边境旅游能有效助推边境少数民族地区实现兴边富民。从基础条件竞争力、现状发展竞争力、富民竞争力和潜力竞争力四个维度构建边境县域旅游竞争力评价体系。采用因子分析和聚类分析,对云南省9个边境少数民族自治县县域旅游竞争力进行测度和聚类。结果表明:边境旅游强竞争力县域有河口县、耿马县、金平县;边境旅游较强竞争力县域有澜沧县、孟连县和江城县;边境旅游弱竞争力县域有西盟县、沧源县和贡山县,究其原因是各边境少数民族自治县在旅游资源基础和政府扶持政策及县域经济发展水平方面存在差距。云南省边境少数民族地区旅游业仍有较大发展空间和发展潜力,未来发展应注重改善基础设施,创造开放发展条件;依托少数民族特色,开发人文资源;加强县域间合作,形成联动发展。

vigorous border tourism can effectively boost the economy of border minority areas.This paper constructs the evaluation system of tourism competitiveness in border counties from four dimensions of basic condition competitiveness,current development competitiveness,enriching people competitiveness and potential competitiveness.Factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to measure and cluster the county tourism competitiveness of 9 border minority autonomous counties in Yunnan Province.The results shows that there are Hekou,Cangyuan and Jinping counties,namely,and the gap in tourism resources base,government support policies and county economic development level.Tourism in the border minority areas of Yunnan Province still has great development space and potentials,such as better infrastructure,favor conditions for open market;strengthening cultural resources with ethnic minority characteristics and tourism integration among counties to form linkage development.
