以措施分类为基础的护理模式在甲状腺结节切除手术患者中的应用

Application of measure-classified nursing mode in patients undergoing thyroidectomy

目的:探究以措施分类为基础的护理模式在甲状腺结节切除手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年2月至2023年2月于联勤保障部队第910医院接受甲状腺结节切除手术的106例患者纳入研究对象,分为对照组(n=53)和实验组(n=53),对照组患者接受传统护理模式,实验组采用以措施分类为基础的护理模式。对两组患者的生活质量量表(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及护理满意度评分进行比较。结果:护理结束后,实验组的SF-36评分较护理前得到明显提高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,实验组的SAS和SDS评分在护理结束后达到正常值,且低于对照组(P<0.05),同时护理满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺结节切除手术患者给予以措施分类为基础的护理模式,有利于提高护理质量,优化患者的生活质量,减轻其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of measure-classified nursing mode in patients undergoing thyroidectomy.Methods:One hundred and six patients who attended Joint Logistics Support Force 910th Hospital for thyroidectomy from February 2020 to February 2023 were enrolled,and assigned into two groups,each with 53 cases.Control group was given traditional nursing intervention,whereas experimental group adopted measure-classified nursing mode.After intervention,the Short Form 36(SF-36)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and nursing satisfaction score were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,experimental group reported an increase in SF-36 score,and scored higher than control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were on the normal range after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of two scales were notably lower in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of measure-classified nursing mode in patients undergoing thyroidectomy can effectively ameliorate the nursing quality and quality of life,alleviate the anxiety and depression status,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
