SPARC、VEGF及HER2在胃癌组织中的表达及其预后水平分析

Expression and Prognostic Level of SPARC,VEGF and HER2 in Gastric Cancer

目的探讨半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白(Secreted Protein Acidic And Rich in Cysteine,SPARC)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)及人类表皮生长因子受体-2(Human Epidermal Growth Fac⁃tor Receptor-2,HER2)在胃癌组织中的表达及其预后水平。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月于巨野县人民医院病理科确诊的60例患者的胃癌组织和癌旁组织,通过免疫组织化学的方法对SPARC、VEGF及HER2的表达情况进行检测,并对预后的结果进行相应的分析。结果胃癌组织中的SPARC、VEGF及HER2阳性表达率为66.67%、63.33%以及78.33%,相比于对照组的阳性表达情况明显较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=36.625、33.211、40.402,P均<0.05)。对患者随访3年,胃癌SPARC阳性表达者3年生存率87.50%,相比于阴性表达者75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌VEGF阳性表达者3年生存率78.95%,相比于阴性表达者90.91%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌HER2阳性表达者3年生存率74.47%相比于阴性表达者76.92%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SPARC、VEGF及HER2在胃癌组织中的表达水平相比于癌旁组织较高,且还可用于预后水平的评价。

Objective To investigate the expression of secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine(SPARC),vascular en⁃dothelial growth factor(VEGF)and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)in gastric cancer and their prognos⁃tic levels.Methods Gastric cancer tissues and paracancer tissues of 60 patients diagnosed in the Department of Pathology of Juye County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected.The expression of SPARC,VEGF and HER2 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the prognosis was analyzed accordingly.Results The positive ex⁃pression rates of SPARC,VEGF and HER2 in gastric cancer tissues were 66.67%,63.33%and 78.33%,higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=36.625,33.211,40.402,all P<0.05).After 3 years of follow-up,the 3-year survival rate of patients with SPARC positive expression was 87.50%,higher than 75.00%of patients with Sparc negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of VEGF was 78.95%,lower than 90.91%in patients with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of HER2 was 74.47%,lower than 76.92%of patients with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of SPARC,VEGF and HER2 in gastric cancer tissues are higher than those in adjacent tissues,and can also be used to evaluate the prognosis level.
