阿托伐他汀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能指标造成的影响

Effects of Atorvastatin on Pulmonary Function Indicators in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)

目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者运用阿托伐他汀治疗的效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月甘肃省天水市武山县城关镇武山县人民医院88例COPD患者为研究对象开展调查,以掷骰子法将患者分为对照组(传统治疗)、观察组(阿托伐他汀治疗),每组44例,比较两组血气指标、肺功能指标、6 min步行试验距离和呼吸困难量表评分(Modified Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale,mMRC)。结果观察组pH值和动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压则低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的肺功能指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组6 min步行试验距离[(461.21±24.51)m]更高,mMRC评分[(0.87±0.11)分]更低,差异有统计学意义(t=10.009、16.381,P均<0.05)。结论COPD患者运用阿托伐他汀治疗的效果好,可以提高肺功能与肺动脉压,应用价值高。

Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin treatment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis⁃ease(COPD).Methods 88 COPD patientsi in Gansu Province,Tianshui City,Wushan County,Chengguan Town,Wushan People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,who were divided into the control group(traditional treatment)and the observation group(atorvastatin treatment)by dice rolling method,with 44 cases in each group.Blood gas indexes,lung function indexes,6 min walking test distance and Modified Medi⁃cal Research Council Dyspena Scale(mMRC)score were compared between the two groups.Results The pH value and arterial oxygen partial pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the arte⁃rial carbon dioxide partial pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The lung function indexes in the observation group had higher index data,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 6 min walking test distance in the observation group[(461.21±24.51)m]was higher,and the mMRC score[(0.87±0.11)points]were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.009,16.381,both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying atorvastatin treatment in COPD patients is good,which can improve lung function and pulmonary artery pres⁃sure,and the application value is high.
