糖皮质激素联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in the treatment of secretory otitis media

目的探究糖皮质激素联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年2月赣州市妇幼保健院的80例分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察组采用糖皮质激素联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、鼓室压、语频气导听阈、症状体征积分及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD8^(+))。结果观察组的分泌性中耳炎治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的鼓室压、语频气导听阈、症状体征积分及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者的鼓室压、语频气导听阈、症状体征积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组的鼓室压、语频气导听阈、症状体征积分及CD8^(+)均低于对照组,CD3^(+)及CD4^(+)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的临床效果较好,可显著改善患者的相关症状体征及免疫状态,在分泌性中耳炎患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods From January 2021 to February 2023,a total of 80 patients with secretory otitis media in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules.The total effective rate of treatment,tympanic pressure,speech frequency air conduction hearing threshold,symptom and sign scores and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of secretory otitis media in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in tympanic pressure,speech frequency air conduction hearing threshold,symptom and sign scores and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the tympanic pressure,speech frequency air conduction hearing threshold,symptom and sign scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the tympanic pressure,speech frequency air conduction hearing threshold,symptom and sign scores and CD8^(+)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with secretory otitis media,which can significantly improve the related symptoms,signs and immune status of patients,and has a high application value in patients with secretory otitis media.
