“1233”课程改革在医学免疫学实验教学中的探索与实践

摘要 医学免疫学实验课程教学效果和质量的好坏,直接影响到学生内化知识与技能的效率。医学免疫学“1233”课程教学改革是本教学团队基于目前医学免疫学教学过程中重教书、轻育人、轻过程、轻实践等问题上提出来的旨在帮助大学生培养和提升自主学习能力,思维能力、实践能力、创新能力和思想政治素养的线上线下混合式教学方法。在混合式教学背景下,本文基于医学免疫学“1233”课程教学改革,以教学团队线上智慧树平台建设的医学免疫学国家精品课程为先导,探索和构建线上学生自主学习、模拟仿真系统训练、线下互动实验教学三个环节和实验教学全过程评价考核体系的医学免疫学混合式实验教学模式,并进行初步试点实施,为医学免疫学实验教学改革与实践提供借鉴。 The teaching effect and quality of medical immunology experimental course is directly related to the efficiency of students'internalization of knowledge and skills.The teaching reform of Medical Immunology"1233"course is an online and offline mixed teaching method.It was proposed by the teaching team based on the problems of emphasizing teaching,neglecting educating people,neglecting process and neglecting practice in the current teaching process of Medical Immunology,aiming to help college students cultivate and improve their independent learning ability,thinking ability,practical ability,innovation ability and ideological and political accomplishment.In the context of blended teaching,this article is based on the teaching reform of the"1233"course in Medical Immunology and takes the national quality course of Medical Immunology built by this teaching team's online wisdom tree platform as a guide.Exploring and constructing an online and offline mixed experimental teaching model for Medical Immunology,which includes three links of online student independent learning,simulation system training,offline interactive experimental teaching,and matching the whole process evaluation assessment system of experimental teaching.It has been preliminary piloted to provide reference for the reform and practice of Medical Immunology experimental teaching.
