远程血压综合管理模式的研究进展

Research progress of remote comprehensive blood pressure management model

随着互联网及智能设备的不断发展,远程医疗已得到广泛应用,在高血压的诊断和治疗过程中也发挥了重要作用。现有多种可穿戴设备已应用于远程血压监测,并依托于远程医疗平台,可对患者进行远程血压综合管理。与传统的门诊随访管理模式相比,远程血压综合管理模式可降低患者的治疗成本,提高依从性,有效改善血压控制。但与此同时,远程血压监测仍存在一些不足之处,如隐私安全问题、法律政策不健全、系统平台使用成本较高等。本文从高血压流行病学、远程医疗模式、远程血压监测的应用以及发展前景等方面展开综述。

With the rapid advancement of the Internet and smart devices,telemedicine has become extensively utilized and plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.Various wearable devices have been employed for remote monitoring of blood pressure.Through the telemedicine platform,patients can be remotely managed with integrated blood pressure management.In comparison to the traditional outpatient follow-up model,the integrated remote blood pressure management model offers advantages such as reduced treatment costs,improved compliance,and enhanced blood pressure control.However,there are still some drawbacks to remote blood pressure monitoring,including concerns regarding privacy and security,inadequate legal policies,and the high cost associated with using the system platform.This article reviews the epidemiology of hypertension,telemedicine model,application and development prospect of remote blood pressure monitoring.
