刮板输送机链条疲劳寿命的分析研究

摘要 以SGZ1000/3×1200中双链型刮板运输机为例,结合有限元仿真分析结果,介绍一种链条张力监测方案。具体研究中采用有限元仿真分析方法,从链条与链条接触应力和链条与链轮接触应力两个角度分析刮板输送机运行中链条接触应力变化特点,并结合疲劳寿命仿真分析结果,共同确认链条受力薄弱点,以此为基础介绍一种链条张力监测方案,以实现链条质量问题的及时发现和处理,避免对刮板输送机的持续稳定运行造成影响。结合链条张力监测方案的工业性试验结果可知,此监测方案具有较强可行性。 Taking SGZ1000/3×1200 medium and double chain type scraper conveyor as an example,a chain tension monitoring scheme is introduced in combination with finite element simulation analysis results.The finite element simulation analysis method is used in the specific study to analyze the characteristics of the chain contact stress in the scraper conveyor operation from two perspectives of chain-chain contact stress and chain-sprocket contact stress,and combined with the results of fatigue life simulation analysis,to jointly confirm the weak points of the chain force,and introduce a chain tension monitoring scheme based on it,so as to realize the timely discovery and treatment of the chain quality problems,and to avoid impacting on the continuous and stable operation of the scraper conveyor.The chain tension monitoring programme is introduced on the basis of this programme to detect and deal with chain quality problems in time,so as to avoid influencing the continuous and stable operation of scraper conveyor.Combined with the industrial test results of the chain tension monitoring programme,it can be seen that this monitoring programme has strong feasibility.
