摘要
为进一步探究掘进机截割头结构的力学性能,对EBZ-132型掘进机截割头结构展开研究。在明确其三维模型及运行机理的基础上,设定在抗压强度为100MPa的岩石层下保持稳定工作,以此分析其应力、应变和温度分布情况,并根据分析结果探究优化对策,以期为后续实践环节提供参考借鉴。
In order to further explore the mechanical properties of the TBM cutting head structure,the paper conducts research based on the EBZ-132 TBM cutting head structure.On the basis of the clear three-dimensional model and operation mechanism,it is set to maintain stable operation under the rock layer with compressive strength of 100MPa to analyze its stress,strain and temperature distribution.The results show that There are prominent problems of stress concentration and temperature concentration in the cutting head structure during operation.In this regard,combined with the actual situation,the possible optimization strategy is proposed respectively in order to provide reference for thefollow-up practice.
