摘要
通过分析叉车液压系统作用机理及主要执行元件,对其系统能耗分配情况进行研究,设计试验方案就叉车转向、升降、制动过程能量损耗、比例溢流阀温升进行检测计算,同时通过上述参数理论计算,分析叉车油箱的热平衡状态。
Through the analysis of forklift hydraulic system mechanism and the main executive elements,the system energy consumption distribution is studied,and the design of the test programme on the forklift steering,lifting,braking process energy loss,proportional relief valve temperature rise detection and calculation,and at the same time,through the theoretical calculation of the above parameters,the analysis of forklift oil tank thermal balance state.
