摘要
为了解决煤层气从压缩机组轴端泄漏的问题,在国内外研究现状的基础上,对螺旋槽干气密封原理进行分析,建立干气密封模型,并对干气密封端面气膜性能进行分析,使用数值模拟找出了影响密封性能的内外参数,使用控制变量法寻找相关参数最佳范围,最终通过模拟结果对煤层气压缩机干气密封提出优化理论。
In order to solve the problem of coal bed methane leakage from the shaft end of the compressor,based on the current research situation at home and abroad,we analyse the principle of dry gas sealing in spiral groove,establish the dry gas sealing model,and analyse the air film performance of the dry gas sealing end face,find out the internal and external parameters affecting the sealing performance using numerical simulation,and find out the optimal range of the relevant parameters using the method of controlling variables,and finally put forward optimization theory for the dry gas sealing of coal bed methane compressor through simulation results.Finally,through the simulation results,the optimisation theory is proposed for the dry gas seal of coal bed methane compressor.
