摘要
为了保证带式输送机转弯段的安全、平稳,通过对带式输送机转弯段的影响参数进行分析,提出了带式输送机转弯段的优化分析系统,通过系统分析能够获得带式输送机在不同工况和物料情况下的最佳参数组合。最后通过试验验证的方式验证了带式输送机转弯段的优化系统的可行性和可靠性,为带式输送机的进一步发展提供了基础。
In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the turning section of the belt conveyor,the optimisation analysis system of the turning section of the belt conveyor is proposed by analysing the influencing parameters of the turning section of the belt conveyor,and the optimal parameter combinations of the belt conveyor under diferent working conditions and materials can be obtained through the system analysis.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the optimisation system of the turning section of belt conveyor are verified by means of experimental validation,which provides a basis for the further development of belt conveyor.
