矿井提升机天轮多级式注油装置研制

摘要 矿井提升机天轮是一个立井煤矿的命脉,安装于井架顶部并作旋转运动,传统注油方式需人工攀爬到井架顶部进行注油,效率低、耗时长且潜在安全隐患。分析了现用注油方式工作原理,介绍了新研制的天轮多级式注油装置,其模拟实验的结果表明,新型多级式注油装置结构简单,能够作为无人机装置的注油手臂去实现对天轮远程控制注油,达到提高注油效率的目的。 Mining hoist flywheel is the lifeblood of a vertical coal mine,installed on the top of the derrick and rotating movement,the traditional oiling method needs to manually climb to the top of the derrick for oiling,which is inefficient,time-consuming and potential safety hazards.Analysed the working principle of the existing oil injection method,introduced the newly developed multi-stage oil injection device of the flywheel,and the results of its simulation experiments show that the new multi-stage oil injection device has a simple structure,and it can be used as the oil injection arm of the unmanned aircraft device to achieve remote control of the flywheel oil injection,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of oil injection.
