摘要
随着煤矿采抽技术的不断发展,煤矿在瓦斯防治上取得了一定的效果。但是瓦斯的大量排法造成了严重的环境污染和资源浪费。基于合理利用瓦斯资源和环境保护的目的,根据瓦斯的实际特点,设计了一种基于DCS控制系统的千瓦级低浓度瓦斯发电机。经过一段时间的调试运行,该发电机运行稳定,为其他瓦斯发电技术提供一定的参考经验。
With the continuous development of coal mining and pumping technology,coal mines have achieved certain results in gas prevention and control.However,the large amount of gas discharge has caused serious environmental pollution and resource waste.Based on the purpose of rational use of gas resources and environmental protection,a kilowatt-class low concentration gas generator based on DCS control system is designed according to the actual characteristics of gas.After a period of commissioning operation,the generator operates stably and provides certain reference experience for other gas power generation technologies.
