煤矿液压支架顶梁强度分析与优化设计研究

摘要 针对ZY29000/45/100D型液压支架出现顶梁破坏的问题,借助有限元仿真分析方法,开展了顶梁强度分析,结果表明,顶梁垫块侧柱窝上方横筋板上靠近顶梁盖板位置存在明显的应力集中,其他位置也有不同程度的应力集中,是其出现破坏问题的主要原因。采用增大顶梁筋板的厚度、贴板与斜搭肋板结合方法对横梁进行的改进,仿真验证结果表明,顶梁应力集中问题得到了改善,最大应力数值降低了近43.6%,安全性数达到了1.06,改进效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of roof beam damage of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support,the strength analysis of roof beam was carried out with the help of finite element simulation and analysis method,and the results show that there is obvious stress concentration on the transverse reinforcement plate above the column nest of the side of the roof beam cushion block,and there are different degrees of stress concentration at other positions,which is the main reason for the damage problem.The improvement of the crossbeam is carried out by increasing the thickness of the roof beam rib plate and combining the sticker plate with the diagonal lap rib plate,and the simulation verification results show that the problem of stress concentration in the roof beam is improved,the maximum stress value is reduced by 43.6%,and the safety number reaches 1.06,which is a remarkable improvement effect.
