摘要
为解决当前带式输送机工频运行存在小煤流量时电能浪费的问题,在对输送带煤流检测基本原理分析的基础上,提出了以激光直射三角测距原理为基础的煤流检测系统,进而换算得出输送带的实时煤流量;其次,根据实时煤流量的预期带速和实时带速的偏差值基于模糊控制器实现对输送机的节能控制。
In order to solve the problem of wasting electric energy when small coal flow exists in the current belt conveyor frequency operation,based on the analysis of the basic principle of coal flow detection of the conveyor belt,a coal flow detection system based on the principle of laser direct triangulation is proposed,and then the real-time coal flow of the conveyor belt is converted;and secondly,the energy-saving control of the conveyor belt is realized based on the fuzzy controller based on the deviation value of the expected belt speed of the real-time coal flow and the real-time belt speed.Secondly,the energy-saving control of the conveyor is realised based on the fuzzy controller according to the deviation value of the expected belt speed and the real-time belt speed.
