摘要
为解决带式输送机当前所面临的功耗大、效率低的问题,在对带式输送机运行阻力和能耗分析的基础上得出了不同煤流量下最佳的输送带运速,在保证生产任务的同时达到了节能效果;根据节能控制的需求,分别实现了对煤流量、运速的实时监测,并提出基于模糊控制算法实现节能控制。最后,通过实践生产对比验证了节能控制系统的节能效果。
In order to solve the problems of high power consumption and low efficiency faced by the belt conveyor,the optimal conveyor speed under different coal flow rate is derived on the basis of the analysis of the operating resistance and energy consumption of the belt conveyor,which achieves the energy-saving effect while guaranteeing the production task;according to the demand of energy-saving control,the real-time monitoring of the coal flow rate and the transport speed is implemented respectively,and the energy-saving control is proposed based on the fuzzy control algorithm.Finally,the energy-saving effect of the energy-saving control system is verified through practical production comparison.
