基于图像识别的矿井带式输送机智能控制系统研究与设计

摘要 针对某煤矿现有带式输送机存在的皮带空转、能源浪费等问题,提出一种基于图像识别的煤流量监测带式输送机节能控制系统,并设计煤流量监测方案。通过现场试验,结果表明,煤流量监测控制系统的检测误差能够达到5%以内,而且电能消耗降低了17.8%,实现了带式输送机经济运行、节能降耗的目标。 Aiming at the problems of belt idling and energy waste of the existing belt conveyor in a coal mine,an energy-saving control system for coal flow monitoring belt conveyor based on image recognition is proposed,and a coal flow monitoring scheme is designed.Through the field test,the results show that the coal flow detection error of the coal flow monitoring control system can reach within 5%,and the electric energy consumption is reduced by 17.8%,which achieves the goal of economic operation,energy saving and consumption reduction of the belt conveyor.
