煤矿提升机恒减速制动控制的分析

摘要 在煤矿的生产中,结合提升机运转中恒力矩制动系统存在的制动故障频繁与可靠性低的问题,为了提高物资运输的安全性,需从电控与液压两方面进行提升机恒减速制动系统的改进设计。不过在多方因素的影响下,恒减速制动控制系统还需进一步优化,进而不断提高控制系统的制动性能,如何有效进行提升机恒减速制动控制的升级,也成为煤矿开采中需要考虑的工作之一。为此,对提升机运转现状进行了介绍,然后对恒减速制动系统展开研究,最后进行试验讨论,以期望提升机的制动过程具有平稳减速的效果,满足矿企发展需要。 In the production of coal mines,the constant torque braking system in hoist operation has the problems of frequent braking failures and low reliability,in order to improve the safety of material transport,it is necessary to improve the design of the constant deceleration braking system of the hoist from the aspects of electronic control and hydraulics.How to effectively upgrade the hoist constant deceleration brake control has also become one of the tasks to be considered in coal mining.To this end,the current situation of hoist operation is introduced,and the constant deceleration braking system is studied and tested,so that the braking process of the hoist has the effect of smooth deceleration to meet the development needs of mining enterprises.
