离心式压缩机组轴电流故障分析与应对措施

摘要 部分离心式压缩机组在运行过程中产生了轴电流,轴电流对运行机组的振动监测有一定的影响,同时对轴瓦及轴颈有一定的腐蚀破坏作用。基于此,通过一系列的现象分析,找出故障原因,结合故障原因得出了相应的处理措施,以消除轴电流对振动监测的影响,以及对轴颈和轴瓦的破坏作用。 Some centrifugal compressor units generate shaft currents during operation,which have a certain influence on the vibration monitoring of the operating units,and at the same time have a certain corrosive and destructive effect on the shaft tiles and journals.Based on this,through a series of phenomenon analysis,to find out the cause of the failure,combined with the cause of the failure to come up with the corresponding measures to eliminate the impact of the shaft current on the vibration monitoring,as well as the destructive effect on the journal and the shaft tile.
