摘要
随着机床数字化程度的提高,数控机床出现故障的原因越来越多元化,基于此,介绍了数控机床最常见的进给轴爬行现象、分析了故障产生的原因,并进一步针对性地提出各部件故障诊断方法及排除方法,从而有效解决数控机床发生的各类故障,以期为相关行业提供技术参考。
With the increase in the degree of digital machine tools,CNC machine tools failures are more and more diversified reasons,based on this,introduces the most common CNC machine tools feed axis creep phenomenon,analyses the causes of the failure,and further targeted at the various components of the fault diagnosis methods and troubleshooting methods to effectively solve all types of failures occurring in the CNC machine tols,with a view to providing technical references for the relevant industries.
