摘要
针对煤矿带式输送机出现跑偏现象,采用传统调心托辊纠偏时纠偏效果差、故障率高等技术难题,店坪煤矿对带式输送机跑偏原因进行分析,并对带式输送机调心托辊纠偏特性进行研究,研究结果表明:调心托辊在旋转角度小于15°时对输送带纠偏效果好,适用于小范围输送带跑偏;当输送带出现大范围跑偏造成调心托辊旋转角度大于15°时纠偏效果差,需人工辅助纠偏。
Aiming at the phenomenon of deflection of belt conveyor in coal mine,the deflection correction effect is poor and the failure rate is high when using the traditional centring roller to correct the deflection,Dianping Coal Mine analyses the causes of deflection of belt conveyor and researches the deflection correction characteristics of centring roller of belt conveyor,and the research results show that:the centring roller has a good effect of correcting the deflection of the conveyor belt when the rotating angle is less than 15,which is suitable for the small range of conveyor deflection,and it is suitable for the large range of conveyor belt deflection when it causes a large range of deflection.When the conveyor belt has a wide range of deflection,the deflection correction effect is poor when the rotation angle of the adjusting roller is more than 15°,and manual assistance is needed to correct the deflection.
