摘要
为了确保液压支架焊接结构件的力学性能达到最佳状态,符合高强度、安全可靠性的要求,以矿用液压支架护帮板焊接变形工艺为主要研究对象,焊接工艺技术虽然可以焊缝可以合理地提高护帮板的钢性指标,但由于受热不均匀,可能会出现收缩变形、弯曲变形、角变形等变形问题,因此,着重讨论液压支架护帮板焊接变形分析及其控制研究,以供在解决生产护帮板过程中的问题时作为参考。
