摘要
基于矿井当前带式输送机的能耗状况分析,基于激光测距技术这一基础理论,重点研究了基于激光测距技术的载荷检测原理,使实时检测带式输送机上的煤流状态和载荷分布情况成为可能,进而设计并应用了带式输送机集中控制系统检测装置,验证了系统的精度及节能效果,实现了预期目的。
Based on the analysis of the current energy consumption of the belt conveyor in the mine,the author focuses on the principle of load detection based on laser ranging technology based on the basic theory of laser ranging technology,which makes real-time detection of the state of the coal flow and load distribution on the belt conveyor possible,and then designs and applies the centralised control system of the belt conveyor to detect the device,which verifies the accuracy and energy-saving effect of the system,and achieves the The system accuracy and energy-saving effect were verified,and the expected purpose was achieved.
