摘要
针对寺河煤矿井下6306综采面巷道围岩变形量大、稳定性差,极大地影响煤矿井下综采作业效率和安全性的问题,提出了根据围岩结构进行分层、分区支护的方案,实现了对切顶卸压成巷巷道围岩变形量的精确控制。根据实际应用表明,新的控制技术能够将井下巷道围岩变形量降低66.8%,将井下煤炭回采效率提升17.2%。
Aiming at the problem of large deformation and poor stability of the peripheral rock in the roadway of 6306 comprehensive mining face in the underground of Sihe Coal Mine,which greatly affects the efficiency and safety of the comprehensive mining operation in the underground of the coal mine,a scheme of stratified and zoned support according to the structure of the peripheral rock is proposed,which realises the precise control of the deformation of the peripheral rock of the roadway of the top-cutting and depressurized roadway.According to the practical application,the new control technology can reduce the deformation of underground roadway perimeter rock by 66.8%,and improve the efficiency of underground coal mining by 17.2%.
