摘要
针对当前采煤机速度控制与刮板输送机负载尚未达到协同控制的现象,经常导致刮板输送机处于超载运行状态的问题,提出了基于对刮板输送机负载预测为基础的采煤机调速控制系统,在系统总体设计和关键硬件选型的基础上,重点对刮板输送机负载预测的算法和采煤机调速控制流程进行分析;最后,将所设计的系统应用实际生产中对其应用效果包括采煤机的速度控制和刮板输送机的负载预测效果进行综合评估,并达到理想效果。
Aiming at the current coal mining machine speed control and scraper conveyor load has not yet reached the phenomenon of coordinated control,often leading to the scraper conveyor in the overloaded operating state of the problem,put forward based on the scraper conveyor load prediction based on the coal mining machine speed control system,in the overall design of the system and the selection of the key hardware on the basis of the key algorithm focusing on the scraper conveyor load prediction and the coal mining machine speed control process analysis;finally,the designed system will be applied to the actual production of its application,including the application effect of the system,including the coal mining machine speed control.Finally,the designed system is applied in actual production to comprehensively evaluate its application effect including the speed control of coal mining machine and the load prediction effect of scraper conveyor,and achieve the ideal effect.
