摘要
宁波中兴大桥陆上跨钢梁安装原定方案为龙门吊悬臂拼装施工工艺,因毗邻的轨道交通3号线提前建成,边界条件发生重大变化。安装方案需充分考虑施工对轨道交通隧道的影响,结合现场实际情况,制定了陆上跨钢梁滑移施工的比选方案。两种方案综合比较后,结合海事、港航、水利等管理部门的意见,通过设置警示标志,在施工区域上下游进行安全警戒等水上交通管制措施的滑移施工方案被选为最终实施方案。该方案既规避了施工对航道通航安全造成的风险,也确保了周边重要构建筑物的安全,提高了社会经济效益。
The original plan for the installation of steel beams across the land of Ningbo Zhongxing Bridge was a gantry crane cantilever assembly construction technology.Due to the early completion of the adjacent rail transit Line 3 and significant changes in boundary conditions,the installation plan needs to fully consider the impact of construction on the rail transit tunnel.Based on the actual situation on site,a comparative plan for the sliding construction of steel beams across the land has been developed.Through a comprehensive comparison of the two plans,combined with the opinions of maritime,port and navigation water conservancy and other management departments,water traffic control measures such as setting warning signs and conducting safety warnings in the upstream and downstream of construction area have been adopted as the final implementation plan,which not only avoids the risks of construction to navigation safety,but also ensures the safety of surrounding important structures and improves social and economic benefits.
