基于ArcGIS的多点进出型城市地下道路应急救援方案仿真研究

摘要 现分析了城市地下道路的安全问题以及进行应急救援所面临的挑战,并依照相关原则设计了地下道路应急救援方案,将地下道路事故划分成几种工况。基于ArcGIS,提出了多点进出型城市地下道路仿真模型的建立方法以及寻找最佳应急救援路径的算法。以浦东大道地道为例,对该研究方法进行了实践。实践表明,该方法具有一定的可行性,对多点进出型城市地下道路应急救援方案的研究具有参考意义。 This article analyzed the safety issues of urban underground roads and the challenges faced in emergency rescue.According to relevant principles,an emergency rescue plan for underground roads has been designed.This article divides underground road accidents into several working conditions.A method for establishing a simulation model of multi-point entry and exit type urban underground roads and an algorithm for finding the best emergency rescue path based on ArcGIS has been proposed.Taking the Pudong Avenue underpass as an example,this research method was put into practice.This indicates that this method has certain feasibility.The research on emergency rescue plans for multi-point progressive urban underground roads has reference significance.
