枢纽型中央商务区数智交通系统方案设计——以虹桥中央商务区为例

Thinking about Digital Intelligent Transportation System Scheme for Hub Central Business District--Hongqiao Central Business District as an Example

枢纽型中央商务区集综合交通枢纽、中央商务区特征于一体,既有枢纽各种完善的交通带来的便利性,也有综合枢纽巨大的集散客流和车流带来的巨大压力。现以虹桥中央商务区为例,分析了枢纽、商务区存在的问题,开展了问题的溯源,并提出了加强数据共享、增强监测能力、构建预测预判模型和治理辅助决策模型、增加信息发布设施和服务方式等方面的对策,设计了虹桥数智交通系统的总体架构及综合交通监测、交通集散保障、联动停车诱导及移动信息服务等主要功能。该系统可为同类型枢纽型中央商务区的数智交通系统建设提供借鉴。

Hub Central Business District combines the characteristics of the comprehensive transportation hub and the central business district.It benefits from the convenience of various well-developed transportation systems at the hub,but also faces huge pressure brought by the huge gathering and dispersing passenger and vehicular traffic of the comprehensive hub.Taking Hongqiao Central Business District as an example,this paper analyzes the problems of the hub and the business district,conducts a root cause analysis of these issues,proposes corresponding measures such as strengthening data sharing,enhancing monitoring capabilities,building prediction and prediction models,and governance assisted decision-making models,and increasing information release facilities and service methods,and designs the overall architecture of Hongqiao Digital Intelligent Transportation System and the main functions of comprehensive traffic monitoring,traffic distribution and gathering assurance,linked parking guidance and travel information dissemination.This system can provide reference for the construction of digital intelligence traffic system in the same type of hub central business district.
