上海市龙东大道-外环立交是城市快速路路网中射线和环线的交叉,是交通转换的重要节点,定位为枢纽型全互通立交。现简要介绍了项目概况,通过现状立交形式和现状交通流量的调查,确定有必要对外环立交进行提升改造。结合流量预测结果和主要立交设计标准,对两个外环立交总体设计方案进行比选,从交通功能、线形标准、占地面积、工程造价等多方面论证后,推荐采用涡轮形全互通立交,并在外环立交内设置一对平行匝道,以维持龙东大道地面道路与外环的交通转换功能。

Shanghai Longdong Avenue-Outer Ring Interchange is the intersection of ray and ring lines in the urban expressway network,which is an important node of traffic conversion and is positioned as a hub-type fully interchange.The project overview was briefly introduced,and through the investigation of the current interchange form and the current traffic flow,it was determined that it was necessary to upgrade and transform the outer ring interchange;Combined with the traffic prediction results and the main interchange design standards,the overall design scheme of the two outer ring interchanges is compared and selected,and after the demonstration from various aspects such as traffic function,linear standard,floor area,project cost,etc.,it is recommended to adopt the turbine-shaped fully interchange,and set up a pair of parallel ramps in the outer ring interchange to maintain the traffic conversion between the surface road of Longdong Avenue and the outer ring road.
