氧化烧成下金属着色剂对黑釉呈色的影响

摘要 本文以中国历代黑釉瓷的特点为背景,研究了以石灰-碱釉为基础的釉料配方中MnO_(2)和TiO_(2)含量变化以及施釉厚度对黑釉呈色效果的影响。通过试验和反射光谱曲线分析,发现随着MnO_(2)含量增加,黑釉呈现偏黄红色调,并且反射率呈先下降后上升的趋势。此趋势是由于高温下MnO_(2)释放氧气,影响了Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)之间的平衡,适量添加MnO_(2)有利于Fe^(3+)离子迁移并消除黄绿色成分;TiO_(2)含量也对黑釉发色效果产生显著影响,促使更多Fe_(2+)转变为Fe^(3+),并产生黄色效果;混合添加MnO_(2)和TiO_(2)在黑釉呈色中起到重要作用,可改变反射特性使光线更多地被吸收。此外,施釉厚度同样对呈色有重要影响,过薄或过厚都会影响遮盖力。该研究对于丰富中国陶瓷文化、提升瓷器工艺水平以及传承和发展黑釉瓷艺术具有重要意义。 Based on the characteristics of black glazed porcelain in China,this paper studies the changes in MnO_(2)and TiO_(2)content and the influence of glaze thickness on the color eff ect of black glaze in the glaze formula based on lime-alkali glaze.Through experiments and reflectance spectrum curve analysis,it is found that as the MnO_(2)content increases,the black glaze presents a yellowish-red tone,and the refl ectivity first decreases and then increases.This trend is due to the release of oxygen by MnO_(2)at high temperatures,which affects the balance between Fe^(2+)and Fe^(3+).Adding an appropriate amount of MnO_(2)is beneficial to the migration of Fe^(3+)ions and eliminates the yellow-green color Ingredients;TiO_(2) content also has a signifi cant impact on the color eff ect of black glaze,prompting more Fe^(2+)to transform into Fe^(3+),and producing a yellow effect;the mixed addition of MnO_(2)and TiO_(2)plays an important role in the color of black glaze,which can change the refl ection characteristics so that more light is absorbed.In addition,the thickness of the glaze also has an important impact on the color.Too thin or too thick will aff ect the hiding power.This research is of great signifi cance for enriching Chinese ceramic culture,improving the level of porcelain craftsmanship,and inheriting and developing the art of black-glazed porcelain.
