导致绝经后取器困难的相关因素病例对照研究

Case-control study on related factors leading to difficulty in removing devices after menopause

目的探讨绝经后女性取器困难的相关因素。方法选取980例绝经后取器妇女为研究对象,将取器过程作为分组依据,其中取器困难绝经后妇女设为研究组,取器顺利绝经后妇女设为对照组。对比两组妇女的相关指标。结果980例妇女绝经后取器顺利834例(85.10%,834/980);取器困难135例(13.78%,135/980);取器失败11例(1.12%,11/980)。Logistic回归分析显示:置器时间≥20年、人工流产后置器、年龄≥55岁、O形节育器是导致取器困难因素(P<0.05)。结论绝经后困难取器发生率较高,影响因素较多,应实施针对性措施降低取器困难程度,避免取器失败。

Objective To exploring the related factors of difficulty in obtaining intrauterine devices in postmenopausal women,Methods 980 postmenopausal women who underwent device retrieval were selected as the study subjects,and the retrieval process was used as the grouping basis.Among them,postmenopausal women with difficulty in device retrieval were set as the study group,and postmenopausal women with successful device retrieval were set as the control group.Compare the relevant indicators between two groups of women.Results Among 980 postmenopausal women,834(85.10%,834/980)underwent successful removal of devices;135 cases(13.78%,135/980)had difficulty in retrieving instruments;11 cases(1.12%,11/980)failed to retrieve the device.Logistic regression analysis showed that factors leading to difficulty in retrieving an intrauterine device were placement time≥20 years,placement after induced abortion,age≥55 years,and O-shaped contraceptive device(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of difficult retrieval after menopause is high,and there are many influencing factors.Targeted measures should be implemented to reduce the diffculty of retrieval and avoid retrieval failure.
