中医护理干预人工流产术后的护理有效性评价

Evaluation of nursing effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention after induced abortion

目的评价中医护理干预人工流产(人流)术后的护理有效性。方法选取60例人流术后患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(采用常规护理)与干预组(采用中医护理干预),每组30例。比较两组的心理状态、术后指标及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,干预组护理后抑郁评分、焦虑评分均更低,术后指标更优,生活质量评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预人流术后患者的效果显著,可优化术后指标,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention after induced abortion.Methods 60 patients after abortion were selected and divided into control group(using routine nursing)and intervention group(using traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention)according to random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The psychological state,postoperative indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the depression and anxiety scores after nursing in the intervention group were lower,the postoperative indexes were better,and the quality of life scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM nursing intervention on patients after abortion is remarkable,which can optimize postoperative indexes and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
