心理护理干预在门诊妇科阴道炎护理中的临床价值探究

The clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis nursing

目的探析心理护理干预在门诊妇科阴道炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取84例阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用心理护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态、阴道检测指标及生活质量评分。结果与对照组比较,观察组干预后抑郁-焦虑-压力量表精简版(DASS-21)量表评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组的阴道pH和阴道清洁度评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的生活质量评分(83.17±7.97)分,对照组干预后的生活质量评分为(75.23±6.44)分,观察组干预后的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在门诊妇科阴道炎患者护理中的应用效果较好,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis nursing.Methods 84 patients with vaginitis were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The psychological state,vaginal detection index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the score of depression-anxiety-stress scale reduced(DASs-21)in the observation group was lower after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of vaginal pH and cleanliness in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group after intervention was(83.17±7.97)points,and that of the control group was(75.23±6.44)points.The life quality score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention in outpatient gynecological vaginitis patients is good,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
